I collect ideas, thoughts, information and drawings in my sketchbook. I read articles and listen to podcasts and audio books about various things linked to attachment theory, neurobiology and more recently neurodiversity. I have continued to research all aspects of attachment theory since completing my MA. This usually take the form of reading and article or illustrating a pod cast and making illustrated notes. Sometimes I develop these on procreate into animated mind maps or illustrations. I have also become interested in sensory input/processing and Neurodiversity.
